Charm's design is based on the smacks that sailed out of Brightlingsea on the East Coast. They were both worked and raced hard and are surprisingly responsive with a good turn of speed. The lifting keel means she can be run up on a beach and sit comfortably on her legs, and a short coach roof allows access to the 2 birth cabin, making her the perfect weekender.
